About Company:
We have retail shops of assorted brands in 12 locations of Pune in the name of Just Casuals (by Darshan Apparels). Just Casuals is a family store.
About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Design & implement sales & marketing strategies to expand company's customer base
2. Ideate, suggest & implement plans to engage existing & lost customers
3. Creating digital marketing plan and should be able to implement the same
4. Planning, forecasting & achieving sales goals
5 Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
6. Present sales, revenue & expenses reports
7. Develop sales scripts & training videos for the sales team
8. Manage the CRM team, their goal setting, coaching & performance monitoring
+. Data analysis to be done for sales (generated through telemarketing) and drive the complete CRM process
10. Overlooking, tracking performance & training the sales team on-floor
11. Research, identify & implement a loyalty program that meets the company's requirements
Sales Manager Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
2. Proficient with numbers to analyse the sales data and produce reports
3. 2+ years of experience in sales
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office
5. Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
6. Experience managing and directing a sales team
