We need an ideal sales manager who has in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals.
Responsibilities
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives
• Recruitment of potential financial advisors and Leaders.
• Work on opportunities of cross-selling and upselling
• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
• On-field work to reach the maximum customer
Desired Candidate Profile
• Qualification: Graduate / MBA
• Experience: 2 To 4 years of field sales experience
• Age: Min 21 Years - Max 38 Years
• Two Wheeler Required
