• 1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and
• objectives.
• 2. Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with Dealers,
• Lighting Designers, Architects, and Interior designers and expand the customer
• base.
• 3. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and
• trends.
• 4. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead of the
• competition.
• 5. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for
• improvement in sales performance or marketing strategies.
• 6. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in sales and marketing.
• Requirements:
• 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• (MBA preferred).
• 2. Proven experience in sales and marketing roles in the lighting industry or
• related fields. (3 years minimum).
• 3. Professional knowledge and experience in a B2B environment.
• 4. Fluency in the local language.
• 5. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to
• effectively present ideas and negotiate with clients.
• 6. Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets.
• 7. Willingness to travel within the state or outside at times.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to ₹30,873.7+ per month
