Candidate residence Bangalore based and look after SOUTH INDIA location
Job Description FOR THE SALES AFTER MARKET:
Primary Responsibility: -
· Track sales and share of business with Distributors;
· Full fill all customer queries related to product function and sales;
· Look after channel Distributor partners in SOUTH INDIA (Banglore, Chnnai, Kerela, etc);
· Track overdue of customer and interact with accounts team. Resolve issues in a timely manner;
· Conduct market research & competitors’ business analysis.
· Create business opportunities by identifying potential customers & their decision makers.
· Conduct exploratory meetings with potential customers
· Understand the needs of customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet them.
· Be an interface between the customer and internal support teams.
· Handle customer grievances and drive it to a positive conclusion to the satisfaction of the customers.
· Reporting to MD at DELHI mfg unit.
