Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Operations Executive role based in Jaipur. The Sales and Operations Executive will manage end-to-end sales processes, including lead generation, client outreach, presentations, and deal closures for ParkSmart’s parking solutions. The role involves coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, implementation, and day-to-day operational performance at parking sites. Responsibilities include monitoring key metrics, resolving operational issues, supporting field teams, and ensuring adherence to service levels and revenue targets. The executive will also gather customer feedback, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and contribute to process improvements and reporting.
Qualifications
• Strong Sales and Operations skills to drive lead management, pipeline building, and closures.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage stakeholders, manage expectations, and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Solid Analytical Skills to interpret operational and revenue data, generate insights, and support decision-making.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, product, tech) to deliver seamless on-ground execution.
• Previous experience in B2B sales, operations, or field execution, preferably in technology, mobility, or SaaS environments.
• Comfort working on-site at client locations and visiting parking sites as needed within Mumbai.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, basic CRM tools, and reporting dashboards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
