Associate - Sales & Operations
As an Associate - Inside Sales He/She will be playing a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. He / She must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
Responsibilities
-Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
-Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
-Persistent follow up with the inbound leads generated by other cross functional teams, close sales and achieve sales targets.
-Understand customer needs, answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
-Work closely with the sales and operations team
-Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
-Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
-Should be willing to work with other teams in developing and executing new products
Qualifications
- We are looking for travel enthusiast and a go getter
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Ability to propose, negotiate and close deals
- High energy with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to work with complete ownership and a passion to drive
- Well versed with productivity tools - Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel
- Strong phone presence
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
Experience: Total work -1 year (Preferred)
Salary: ₹20,000 per month
