• Strategic Partnerships: You’ll tap into accelerators, incubators and tech alliances to unlock referral networks and joint‑go‑to‑market motions.
Mission: Achieve $2.5 M ARR through a balanced blend of outbound prospecting, and strategic partnerships.
Success Metrics (Scorecard):
• Prospect Velocity: 10+ new, qualified leads, per business day
• Conversion Efficiency: ≥20% of MQLs → SQLs within 7 days
• Partnership Contribution: ≥10% of monthly pipeline from 3+ new strategic alliances
• AOP Attainment: $2.5 M ARR closed by March 31, 2026
Key Responsibilities:
-> Outbound Strategy & Execution
• Map ideal customer profiles (ICPs) for SMB and mid‑market buyers in US tech
• Design multi‑channel campaigns (cold email, LinkedIn, phone outreach) with hyper‑personalized sequences
• A/B test messaging, cadence and landing pages; optimize based on engagement and conversion data
-> Inbound Funnel Optimization
• Work with Marketing to refine website CTAs, content syndication and gated assets
• Implement lead scoring and qualification workflows in CRM (HubSpot)
• Monitor channel performance (SEO, webinars, content syndication) and reallocate budget/time to top performers
-> Partnership Development
• Identify and engage accelerators, incubators and technology alliances in the US
• Negotiate referral and co‑selling agreements; build joint marketing playbooks
• Host partner webinars and enablement sessions; track partner‑sourced pipeline
-> Funnel & Forecast Management
• Maintain 100% data hygiene: update contact records, activity logs and opportunity stages daily
• Produce weekly dashboards on prospecting KPIs, conversion rates and pipeline progress
• Collaborate with Finance to update monthly sales forecasts and support quarterly business reviews
-> Team Enablement & Leadership
• Document best practices, playbooks and objection‑handling guides
• Mentor junior SDRs/BDRs; lead regular pipeline reviews and role‑play sessions
• Champion a culture of experimentation—run sprint‑style pilots, measure ROI and scale winners
Core Competencies:
• US‑Market Expertise - You understand buying cycles, pain points and decision‑maker profiles in SMB/mid‑market tech companies.
• Network & Relationships - Existing ties to incubators and tech communities accelerate partner sourcing and credibility.
• Data‑Driven Selling - You leverage metrics to optimize outreach, forecast accurately and hit stretch targets.
• Consultative Approach - You move beyond product pitching—uncover retention gaps and position Propel as a strategic partner.
• Tech Savvy - Mastery of Outreach/Salesloft and CRM systems ensures efficiency at scale.
• Collaboration - You thrive working cross‑functionally with Marketing, Product and Customer Success to close deals and onboard clients.
Qualifications and Experience:
• 3 + years selling B2B SaaS or professional services to US‑based SMB/mid‑market companies
• Proven track record: consistently achieved/exceeded quota (ideally $1 M+ ARR yearly)
• Hands‑on experience building outbound sequences and funnel automation (Apollo, Lusha, HubSpot, etc.)
• Demonstrable partner development success: referral programs, co‑selling motions or channel alliances
• Strong written/verbal communication: tailored proposals, persuasive emails and high‑impact presentations
• Bonus: background in retention marketing, customer lifecycle management or B2B marketing services
