What You’ll Do

Handle incoming leads & calls with warmth and confidence
Help customers schedule services and answer questions
Keep our cleaning techs booked and supported
Coordinate schedules and routes for efficiency
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction
Track performance metrics and share insights with management
Contribute ideas to improve our customer journey
Help manage inquiries on Google, Facebook, Instagram & email
Conduct outbound reach calls to prospects
Participate in social and networking events

On-site in our Laval office. This is not a remote position. The person must be in the office 5 days a week.

Vos responsabilités

Accueillir les appels et demandes entrantes avec chaleur et professionnalisme

Aider les clients à planifier les services et répondre à leurs questions

Assurer que nos équipes de nettoyage soient bien planifiées et soutenues

Coordonner les horaires et les itinéraires pour maximiser l'efficacité

Faire des suivis auprès des clients pour garantir leur satisfaction

Suivre les indicateurs de performance et partager vos observations avec la direction

Proposer des idées pour améliorer l'expérience client

Gérer les demandes reçues via Google, Facebook, Instagram et courriel

Effectuer des appels de prospection sortants

Participer à des événements sociaux et de réseautage

Lieu de travail et horaire

Sur place dans notre bureau de Laval. Ce n'est pas un poste à distance. La personne doit être au bureau 5 jours par semaine.
