Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls, and emails.
Outstanding communication skills, with great convincing gestures.
Analyze business processes and provide solutions
Gather customer requirements and conduct a gap analysis.
Provide onsite training and support when required.
Responsible for achieving the sales target and improving the market share.
Executing business strategy and concepts.
Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations.
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Ability to handle corporate presentations, documents, proposals, and taking care of expectations of the clients
Responsible for tracking customer information, forecasts, and reports.
Develop and maintain prospect and customer lists based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads in our CRM system.
Required Candidate profile
Strong communication skills are accompanied by excellent listening skills and patience to have smooth interactions with customers on call.
Hindi and English Communication Skills are mandatory apart from the above language.
Knowledge of sales principles and practices.
A strong sense of professionalism and discretion is required.
Be familiar and should have a working knowledge of excel, word.
Min 1 Year of experience in sales-related activities
