Job Title: Sales Associate - Hospital Partnerships (Primary to Tertiary Care) About Ezeehealth: Ezeehealth is a leading platform connecting patients with comprehensive healthcare solutions. We empower primary care hospitals to enhance patient care by facilitating seamless access to specialized tertiary care services.
Job Summary: As a Sales Associate specializing in Hospital Partnerships, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of Ezeehealth's platform among primary care hospitals. Your primary objective is to onboard new hospital partners, demonstrating the value of our services in improving patient outcomes and streamlining the referral process for tertiary care. You will build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators and decision-makers, ensuring successful integration and utilization of the Ezeehealth platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Hospital Acquisition: Identify and target potential primary care hospital partners within the assigned territory.
Conduct thorough market research to understand the needs and challenges of prospective partners.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve onboarding targets.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, doctors, and other key stakeholders.
Conduct presentations and demonstrations of the Ezeehealth platform, highlighting its benefits and features.
Sales Process Management:
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing and onboarding.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management team. o Negotiate contract terms and ensure compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and customer support) to ensure seamless partner onboarding and ongoing satisfaction. o Stay up to date on healthcare industry trends.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (preferred).
Proven sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, particularly the relationship between primary and tertiary care.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
