Lift Tech Academy is the UK’s leading crane operator training school. We help everyday people break into construction careers through premium, private training courses. Our flagship Tower Crane Operator Programme retails at around £3,000.

We’re growing fast and looking for a motivated, disciplined, and ambitious salesperson to join our team in Central London and work directly with our Managing Director.

What You’ll Be Doing

Making and receiving 100+ calls per day to warm leads and inbound enquiries
Following up across email, WhatsApp, SMS, and YouTube comments
Building trust and educating prospective students about our training options
Managing a pipeline using our CRM and following up consistently
Working closely with the MD to improve and grow the sales function
Closing deals over the phone, sometimes in one call, sometimes over several
What We’re Looking For

Previous sales experience is essential
Strong communicator with fluent spoken and written English
Comfortable using technology including CRMs, emails, smartphones, etc.
Driven, hardworking, and results-focused. This is not a clock-watching role
Someone who thrives in a high standard, high output environment
Willing to be coached daily and grow fast both personally and professionally
Long-term mindset. We don’t rush closes. You must play the long game
Based in or willing to relocate to Central London. This is an office-based role only
Hours

Full-time, office-based near King’s Cross
Two shift patterns: 9:00 to 17:00 or 12:00 to 20:00 (some flexibility available)
