Position Overview
We’re hiring a full time Sales Associate to join our on-site team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, sharing product knowledge, and supporting overall business growth.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their needs and present suitable product or service options
Provide accurate and clear information to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
Support ongoing sales initiatives and help meet team objectives
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
Stay informed about promotions, product updates, and company initiatives
Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer experience
Participate in regular team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable speaking with customers and presenting product information
Dependable, motivated, and collaborative
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Available for on-site work at our North York office
Previous sales or retail experience is helpful but not required
