This is a cadet-level sales and marketing role designed
specifically for a student who want to break into the digital
marketing or B2B sales space. You'll start in appointment setting, reaching
out to potential clients, having genuine conversations, and booking discovery
calls for our senior team. As you build confidence and commercial knowledge,
you'll have the opportunity to grow into a full sales role with direct
responsibility for closing deals and managing your own accounts.
This is a commission-based role, meaning your income grows
directly with your effort and results. High performers benefit from recurring
commissions. once you bring a client on board, you continue earning as long as
they stay.
What You'll Be Doing
Appointment Setting (Your Starting Point)
Reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels. Databases supplied.
Qualify leads and identify businesses that would benefit from Supernova Search's services
Book and confirm discovery calls and meetings for the senior sales team
Maintain an organised pipeline using our CRM tools
Sales & Account Growth (Where You're Headed)
Progress into presenting and pitching Supernova's digital marketing services
Build relationships with prospects and guide them through the sales process
Work collaboratively with the delivery team to onboard new clients
Achieve monthly targets and earn commission on every closed deal
Marketing Support
Assist with outbound marketing campaigns and follow-up sequences
Help craft messaging and copy for outreach campaigns
Contribute ideas and feedback on what's resonating in the market
What We're Looking For

Are based in Auckland or able to work remotely
