🔑 Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Conversion
Handle inbound & outbound leads for Web Development, Mobile App Development, UI/UX, SaaS & Custom Software
Work with international (US, UK, Europe, Middle East, etc.) and domestic clients
Understand client business requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions
Conduct sales calls, demos, and negotiations across different time zones
Prepare proposals, cost estimates, timelines, and close deals
Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, and conversion metrics
Client Communication & Project Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery teams
Coordinate with developers, designers, and project managers
Manage scope changes, timelines, and client expectations
Ensure on-time delivery and high client satisfaction
Drive repeat business, renewals, and referrals
Business Growth & Leadership
Drive revenue growth across international and domestic markets
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and service offerings
Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns and positioning
Own sales targets, forecasting, and overall business performance
Contribute to company growth strategy and expansion plans
🎯 Requirements
5+ years experience in IT Sales / Business Development / Client Management
Proven experience handling international clients and global sales cycles
Strong understanding of web & mobile app development processes
Experience selling IT services, SaaS, or custom software solutions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working across time zones and cultures
Experience with CRM tools and proposal management systems
