Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Engage with potential clients who have shown interest in our healing programs, building rapport and understanding their specific challenges.
- Consultative Sales: Provide guidance and clarity on the benefits of our healing solutions, creating a personalized experience for each client.
- Follow-ups: Follow up with leads via calls, messages, or emails to ensure timely closures.
- Installment Management: Assist clients with installment options and payment procedures as needed.
- Client Onboarding: Seamlessly onboard new clients, ensuring they are connected to the right programs and support channels.
- CRM and Sheet Updates: Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions in spreadsheets or CRM systems.
