Sales Assistant – Full Time
Newey’s Jewellers | Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham
Newey’s Jewellers is a family-run business based in Birmingham’s historic Jewellery Quarter, proudly established since 1971. We are looking for a friendly and confident Full-Time Sales Assistant to join our close-knit team.
Role Details:
Full-time position (37.5 hours per week)
5 days per week including weekends
Face-to-face customer sales role in a relaxed, welcoming environment
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting and assisting customers in-store
Helping customers find their perfect piece of jewellery
Offering product knowledge and guidance
Building rapport and securing sales
Providing excellent customer service at all times
