Sales Representative – Premium Architectural Products

We are seeking a professional and capable Sales Representative who enjoys working with technical products, communicates clearly, and builds strong relationships within the construction and architectural industry.

About the role
You will:
Manage new and existing relationships with architects, builders, and developers
Qualify incoming leads and guide clients through a structured sales workflow
Prepare accurate proposals and present technical solutions confidently
Maintain CRM records and follow up the sales pipeline consistently
Attend sales meetings and contribute insights to support continuous sales improvement
Support Sales Targets by working toward consistent monthly/quarterly KPI achievement, recognising that results may vary but overall performance must remain strong
Work with the project/engineering teams on technical requirements and ensure a smooth handover once the job is won
About you
You will be successful in this role if you:
Have 3 to 5 years’ sales experience, ideally in construction, technical, architectural or building products
Communicate professionally — clear, concise, and confident
Are organised and follow through on tasks and commitments
Enjoy learning the technical details of premium products
Are comfortable working with structured processes and CRM systems
Build trust quickly with clients and internal teams
Thrive in a role where your performance directly contributes to company growth
Experience working with architects or builder-driven projects is highly regarded.
Key responsibilities
Manage your sales pipeline from first contact to close
Prepare proposals/offers including scope, assumptions, and technical considerations
Conduct site and design meetings where required
Record all sales activity in the CRM
Contribute ideas to refine and streamline the sales process through insights from monthly sales reports
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project teams
Represent the company professionally at all times
