About the Role:
We are currently looking for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic New Vehicle Sales Consultant, to work in one of Sydney's best PMA's located at our busy Mercedes-Benz North Shore Sales Showroom, located in Mosman.
About the role:
Liaise with customers to assist with new vehicle enquiries
Be willing to learn about all aspects of the Mercedes Benz sales process
Understanding customer needs and providing options and solutions to those needs
Ensuring a follow-up system is in place that encourages repeat business and generates leads
Maintaining current knowledge regarding the full range of Mercedes Benz vehicles, products, and services as well as our competitor’s products
Assist customers with test drives
The successful candidate will need the following:
Full unrestricted work rights in Australia
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
Proven experience in a similar role selling luxury vehicles
Good computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
Ability to work well under pressure
Be able to work in a team environment
An Australian drivers license
