Description:
· Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as order processing, generating sales reports, and maintaining customer databases.
· Customer Communication: Communicate with customers to provide product information, answer inquiries, and resolve any issues or complaints.
· Order Processing: Coordinate and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and proper documentation.
· Sales Coordination: Collaborate with various departments such as marketing, production, and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
· Sales Support Materials: Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales support materials such as presentations, product catalogs, and price lists.
· CRM Management: Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track sales activities, update customer profiles, and generate sales reports.
· Sales Training: Assist in organizing and conducting sales training sessions for the team to enhance their product knowledge and selling techniques.
· Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
