MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting and taking follow-ups and arranging appointments.
Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, and informing them of delays.
To identify sales opportunities and effectively present key features and benefits of services to secure business.
To ensure that all client details are fully completed, including marketing information

Respond and follow-up marketing leads to qualified sales meetings.
Call existing and predefined customer lists to generate sales opportunities and follow up on orders.
