Responsibilities
• Manage all customer centric operations and ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving 100% delivery and service quality norms.
• Perform & follow Enquiry Management System for New Customer Acquisition & business development.
• Manage & record Price Quotations & follow up for timely issue of PO with customers.
• Timely share Latest Order information with PPC team, manage from Order receipt till smooth dispatch of Product to Customer & also perform post-dispatch activities.
• Responsible for timely receive of Payment from customers, document submission
• Maintain excellent relation with all customers along with all departments.
• Submitting weekly & monthly reports to management.
• Creating a Unique and Uniform Format in Excel for the Offers to be submitted to the Customers.
• Consolidating the monthly sales report along with the orders lost / won for the month.
• Customer and Vendor Follow ups.
• Perform support duties to the sales team
• sales customer relationship management system (CRM)
• Support recruiting process for sales positions & Other positions in marketing
• Performs administrative duties such as typing, drafting and editing correspondence, copying, mailing and preparing reports
• Coordinates and arranges review meetings on and off site, work with outside meeting sales team, review meeting minutes, coordinate media and IT needs for meetings, prepares agendas, and prepares facilities
• Organizes and maintains filing system and other records in a confidential manner
• Sales and Project reviews and arranging inputs for sales team.
Qualifications
• Graduate with good track record
• Proficient with MS Word, Advanced Excel,Power Point, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat,Calendar Management/ Outlook - Schedule internal/external meetings and appointments
• 3+years of experience in handling the above / similar profile
• Basic understanding of handling ERP- Navision
