COMPENSATION:
$75,000 Base salary, additional Monthly Bonuses and Overrides on all sales are included in compensation.
WHO YOU ARE:
You are a high-energy Sales Development Leader to lead and develop a local sales team. This role is responsible for managing daily operations, recruiting and training sales representatives, and driving sales growth within the assigned market. The ideal candidate is motivated, collaborative, and committed to helping their team succeed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Sales Development Leader (SDL) is the local management representative for EMG and the main person in charge of executing the company's corporate mission and sales goals in the market to which they are assigned.
• Oversee daily operations and new account enrollment
• Support team of five to fifteen sales representatives, with prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals
• Assist with account evaluations and proposal development
• Recruit, hire, and train new sales representatives
• Mentor team members on products, services, and sales strategies
• Coordinate recruitment advertising and candidate interviews
• Ensure the office meets corporate sales goals and operational standards
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of Two years Previous Sales experience required (B2B or Merchant Services preferred)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to train and mentor sales representatives
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
