Role Overview
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for building and qualifying pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
You will work closely with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers to schedule discovery meetings and product demos.

Key Responsibilities
Prospect new business through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and multi-channel outreach
Qualify inbound marketing leads
Research target accounts and decision-makers
Schedule discovery meetings and product demos
Maintain CRM accuracy
Meet or exceed monthly activity and meeting quotas
Collaborate with sales & marketing to refine messaging
Stay updated on product and industry trends
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
0–3 years in sales, customer service, or customer-facing role
Strong communication skills
Ability to handle rejection and maintain performance
Strong time management
Preferred:
B2B tech sales experience
CRM familiarity (Salesforce, HubSpot)
Sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft
