Roles and Responsibilities :
• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve annual sales targets.
• Focus on acquiring new logos in the finance and accounting market, prioritizing high-value accounts that deliver substantial growth.
• Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management. (Managing sales team of 3-4 members minimum
• Create and maintain a sales pipeline of qualified leads.
• Negotiate and close deals with high-value clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
• Analyze sales data and identify trends to improve sales performance.
• Oversee sales forecasting and budgeting for the team.
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience :
• 10+ Years of experience in B2B International sales
• Graduate / postgraduate degree
Work Timings and Job Location :
• Mumbai / Pune / Gandhinagar
• 5 : 30 am-2 : 30 pm IST for AU / 12.30pm to 0+.30pm IST for UK / 5.30pm TO 2.30am IST for US
