VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a Sales Estate Agent for a leading Property focused company.
This is a Full-time position - Flexibility can be offered on hours if required
Permanent position - Monday - Friday - Position of work is Templepatrick
Salary:
Fully Negotiable + Fantastic Benefits package
Responsibilities:
• Market Analysis: Assist in sourcing and assessing information to establish the open market value of properties.
• Legal Coordination: Coordinate with our legal team throughout the property acquisition process.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with surveyors, agents, and finance providers to streamline property acquisitions.
• Sales & Lettings Communication: Communicate effectively with agents in the sales and letting process.
• Legal Process Monitoring: Monitor the legal process with our solicitors.
• Certification Management: Keep up to date with certification requirements for our rental portfolio.
• Rent Management: Monitor rent payments and plan rent review periods.
The Ideal Person:
• Experience in similar role
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Confident with computers and skilled in Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in Excel
