Job Description
Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate.
Total experience:1 to 3 years.
Responsibilities:
• The person will be responsible for wining new and profitable business in Telecom / Automation vertical within the designated territory and generating more revenue from existing clients.
• Seek out new opportunities and drive them through the sales cycle to get the contract signed with the customer.
• Maintain customer relationships and play a crucial role as a trusted customer advisor. Engaging the decision makers using solution selling process, business case discussion, presentation and presales support activities.
• Reporting directly to Regional Sales Head , produce regular reports relating to sales process and customer development progress status.
• Contribute to Account Plans, Sales Strategy and Forecasting.
• Accountable for achieving sales order targets and profitability delivery targets and collection targets.
Essential Skills:
Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
Should be prepared to work in a target driven role and to achieve sales targets on a consistent manner.
Must be a team player willing to work closely with cross functional teams.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Basic telecom and IoT ( Internet of Things) knowledge is preferred.
Presentation and articulation skills.
Self-motivated and independent.
Should be able to meet senior level people at customer organizations and drive conversations.
Always thinking out of the box, creative, persuasive and innovative in formulating, Sales and marketing strategies towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Must be comfortable in dealing with different levels of clients from Technical Managers ,Project Managers up through to senior executives at the level of CTO, COO, CEO.
Must be persistent, with high integrity and should be a self-starter and go getter.
Should be able to develop a good client network in a short span of time.
Willingness and ability for quick learning of customer segments.
• Ability to structure winning solutions in close consultation with various internal team members
