Description

North Wind is looking for a high performing Sales Executive to help meet customer acquisition, onboarding and revenue growth targets with a strong orientation in digital and metric driven analytical approach.

Responsibilities :

Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve Sales targets, revenue targets and develop business
Build,Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Identify new business opportunities and target markets, fostering strong relationships with potential clients, architects, builders, and contractors.
Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences.
Collaborate with the design team to create compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition to clients.
Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and post-sales support.
Establish and maintain productive partnerships with key industry influencers/Channel partners and organizations to enhance brand visibility and generate referrals.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and maximize overall company performance.
Requirements :

Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
Excellent management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivation to achieve targets.
1 to 3 years experience in sales
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, industry influencers, and stakeholders.
Results-oriented and self-motivated, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
