Job Title: Email Outreach Sales Executive (B2B)Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Email Outreach Sales Executive to generate qualified meetings through cold and warm email campaigns. This role focuses on engaging decision-makers (CMOs, Founders, IT Heads) across North America and Europe and converting conversations into discovery calls for our service
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify target accounts in B2B SaaS etc
Build and manage prospect lists using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Snov, Sales QL, or similar
Draft personalized cold emails tailored to different ICPs
Execute structured outbound campaigns (cold + nurture sequences)
Follow up consistently to maximize reply rates
Qualify leads and book meetings for the sales team
Maintain CRM hygiene (HubSpot preferred)
Track campaign performance (open rates, reply rates, booked meetings)
Continuously optimize messaging based on data and feedback
Required Skills & Experience
1–3 years of experience in B2B email outreach or outbound sales
Strong written English with persuasive copywriting ability
Experience selling services (preferred: marketing, HubSpot, website, or video services)
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
Experience with email automation tools (Snov, Sales QL, etc.)
Understanding of ICP targeting and personalisation strategies
Ability to handle objections over email
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
Meetings booked per month
Positive reply rate
Email deliverability rate
Campaign conversion rate
Pipeline generated
