Job Description
· Achieving the revenue targets by adding new accounts and driving the growth of existing merchants.
· Maintaining 0% Customer Churn by building strong relationships with customers by resolving their day-to-day issues.
· Ensuring assigned merchant metrics of Qwqer are adhered to and making sure of every order being delivered the way it's supposed to be with no margins for errors.
· Coordinating with all internal stakeholders like Operations, Customer Support, and Partner Support to ensure all customer issues are addressed and closed on time.
· Ensuring Driver Availability to customers by analysing the order projection of Customers.
Requirement
· Graduate with 1-4 years of experience in similar role.
· Familiar with the geography and market understanding of the city.
· Very strong relationship-building skills.
· A great attitude and a sense of ownership
· English and Local Language is a must.
· Must have a Two-Wheeler.
