REQUIREMENTS:
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support and sales
2. Bachelor's degree in communication, management or commerce.
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
2. Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
3. Always maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
4. Communicating with customers through various channels.
5. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
6. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
7. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
8. Identified and maximized sales opportunities and increased customer retention rates.
+. Maximize sales opportunities by upselling and cross-selling products, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and maintaining a positive attitude to ensure customers have a great shopping experience.
10. Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce the product or service and attempt to close a sale.
11. Negotiating deals with clients, including pricing, delivery, and payment terms.
