Referment is working with a rapidly growing financial technology firm that provides innovative software solutions to the buy-side community, to find a high-performing New Business Sales Executive with a proven track record selling software into hedge funds and other buy-side firms.
This is a unique opportunity to join a scaling firm where you’ll be selling a high-impact solution directly to the business, with shorter sales cycles (3–6 months), perfect for a results-driven sales professional who thrives on momentum.
You’ll be working closely with, and learning from, the former Chief Revenue Officer of one of the world’s largest market data providers; a mentor who knows how to scale teams and accelerate sales performance. As the company grows, you’ll have the chance to grow with it, taking on greater responsibility and influence.
What You’ll Bring
4+ years’ experience selling software solutions into buy-side firms (hedge funds essential)
Proven success closing new business with senior stakeholders in the investment community
Entrepreneurial drive and a self-starter mentality
Based in NE USA for frequent in-person client visits
