JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title
Sales officer
Reporting to
ASM
Objective Summary:
visiting prospects and take orders from them also process the orders to customer service manager for product delivery and report customer complaints.
Principle duties
Achievement of the assigned sales target
The addition of new dealers according to the assigned target
Conduct customer visits, Pitch Products and obtain customer orders.
Maintain in-depth knowledge about product and Prices.
Communicate Price revision, Packages, Schemes and offers
Follow up with the Sales supporting staffs regarding the order status.
Build strong customer relationship and understand customer requirements
Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through proper after sales support.
Maintain high level of Professional etiquette and upkeep Goodwill of APC aluminum PVT.ltd
Inspect the registered product complaint from the customers.
Intimate to the ASM for any support or requirements.
Development of market knowledge
Identify new products available in market
Collection of competitor data - Price Revisions, Schemes and offers
Ensure adherence to SOP and organization policies
Prepare daily activity report.
Maintain Customer Databases
Participate in scheduled monthly review meetings
