We are looking for a rockstar Lead Sales Representative (Residential Solar) to join our team. This is the perfect role for someone with passion, hustle, and desire to help us bring solar to every home.

# Responsibilities
- “Always be closing", Deliver against a meaningful revenue quota
- Work in conjunction with marketing to develop a list of target accounts to prospect
- Research and reach out to target accounts through a variety of channels-email, phone, social media, direct mail, in person meetings, etc
- Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long-lasting relationships
- Leverage CRM for lead and pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
-Partner with marketing, on-site staff, team to ensure a seamless sales and customer experience.

- Proficient in Google Suite and CRM tools, Salesforce preferred
- Proven record of exceptional follow-up.
