General Shift: +:30 AM to 6.30 PM (6 Days Working)
Current Product: - Gate/ Globe/ Swing Check/ Ball/ Piston/ Plug Valves & Fittings.
We are looking forward to dynamic people to join us in this journey to make this company a huge success. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in the valve industry, as their expertise will be given priority.
Required Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in Valve Industry Sales Experience. ( 2-10 Years )
Business development experience.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
B.Sc - Any Specialisation, B.Tech / B.E. - Any Specialisation.
Job Responsibilities:
Introducing the company to the market. Developing new clients.
Vendor registration complete process.
Tendering / Bidding and Reverse auction complete process.
Prompt submission of weekly/monthly/annual sales reports and projections.
Supplemental pay types:
Sales Incentives.
Performance bonus.
Yearly bonus.
Notes
We maintain a commission-sharing model which is a win-win for the team & company for long term growth and will be explained during the final interview.
