Position Overview: As a Sales and Business Development Specialist (MICE), you will play a pivotal role in driving our company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with our marketing, product, and leadership teams to develop and execute strategies that enhance our market position and drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
• Business Development:
• Identify and target potential clients and markets to generate new business opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market reach and drive revenue growth.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Sales:
• Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and effective sales cycle.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the achievement of overall business goals.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
• Proven experience in sales and business development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques, market research, and business development strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• PowerPoint, Tele calling and Social Media Experience would be an added advantage.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience/ Freshers are welcome to apply.
