Job role:Sales cum admin
Job Description:1.Enquiry geneation for water and waste water treatment companies( ETP/STP/WTP/RO plant)2.As Sales and Marketing trainee, you will work on Lead Generation strategies,3.Lead Qualification process and Learn Sales Process through practical exposure.
Eventually you will develop field sales, Techno- Commercial expertize and domain experience for Technical Sales. You will then handle Sales closures for direct, channel and OEM sales.f0llowup with clients, Order conversion
Salary:Approx 2000XXXXXX Per monthJob Location:Greater Noida/ All over India
Educational Background Expected : MBA Marketing. (BE / Science graduation is necessary)
Language Skill Required : Fluency in verbal and written English. Fluency in verbal Hindi
Other Skill Requirements: Self motivated. Self starter. Go- Getter. Pleasing personality. Clear communication. Confident. Tech- Savy, Conversant with Microsoft Office, Making Presentations, Use of MS Word & Excel, Outlook etc Awareness about Face Book, Linked In, Twitter etc for business. Good networking skills. . Good communication skills. Hunger for learnning and delivering high performance
Job Brief: We are looking for young, enthusiastic, sincere and high performing MBA girls / boys as sales & marketing trainees who will implement marketing strategies as per detailed marketing plan. Lead Qualification includes communicating with customers, gathering technical data about requirement, verifying prospect's intentions to buy, budget availability, timelines, identifying decision makers etc. Handle direct sales, Channel sales, OEM sales. Handle techno- commercial discussions, competitor info etc.
Job Responsibilities: Training will be hands- on. It would be trainee's responsibility to learn and master the skills related to various functions by actually participating and handling day- to- day tasks. Job will require considerable travelling all over India for direct sales, OEM sales, Channel sales etc.
Educational Background Expected : (B.tech/Mtech -Chemical/ Mechanical/Enviromental Science/ graduation is necessary)
Working time- 10AM -6 PM
Weekly and Two Saturday off
