Sales Executive
Proactively develops and creates customer relationships in his/her area of responsibility.
Creates and communicates leads and sales opportunities for the entire sales team (e.g., cross-selling)
Ensures customer satisfaction and solves complaints with the rest of the team.
Generates leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets.
Arranges pre-tender, pre-booking reviews and ensures Sales-to-Operations, Prepare and deliver technical presentations
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements
Help clients solve problems with installed app on smartphones
Recommend improved materials or machinery to customers
Engage in cold- calling to generate business leads
Identify and develop new business
Prepare and deliver customer presentations
Understand customers need
Handle challenges and position the relevant solutions
Persuade potential buyers that a product or services satisfy their needs
Managing objections from customers in a polite way
Managing sales opportunities throughout the sales cycle
Maintain strategic relationships with existing customers
Cross-sell by promoting product upgrades
Key Skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
Accurate, superior written/oral communication and documentation skills.
Being self-motivated
