· Responsible for Sales of Residential Projects Attending clients at Site
· Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Negotiation, Convincing
· Real estate sales executives help clients buy or sell properties
· Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies
· Sales executives must have good interpersonal skills to deal with buyers and sellers from a wide range of backgrounds
· They must have good knowledge of the property market in their area and be familiar with local facilities – schools, shopping and mass transportation – so that they can provide their clients with the information they need to make decisions.
· Real estate sales executives need good marketing skills to enable them to present a persuasive picture of a property, in person and on paper.
· Real estate sales executives generally oversee various activities that lead up to the purchase and sales of properties.
· Usually, they work for real estate agencies where their job description entails brokering property deals between sellers and buyers.
· In performing their duties, real estate sales executives oversee the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services.

· Generating leads and meeting the customer for respective projects and completing the sales targets.
· Following the cold calls converting in to site visits and sending mail with cost sheet & closing the sale.
· Presenting the project details on call & sending mails following for site visits.
· Requesting the customer to visit the site location.
· Improving Business growth, achieving Team target, idea and implementation for entire Marketing activities.
