Roles and Responsibilities
• New customer acquisition via phone & by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions
• Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization and look for new opportunities
• Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients
• Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website, emails, and inbound calls.
• Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly revenue targets
• Build and maintain client relations
• Work with internal departments such as production team to engage clients more deeply
• Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions
• Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing customers
• Be a brand ambassador and reflect company value at all times
Skills
• Bachelors/Masters degree in Sales/ Marketing or a related subject
• Proven experience in sales/marketing profile, ideally in the IT service industry
• Should have a strong understanding of online advertising process and technology Fundamentals
• Good business sense
• Deep understanding of sales & marketing principles
• Good verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude and negotiation skills
• Good presentation skills
• Experience with Digital Advertise Clients : Oxedent , The NineHertz, Kinnect , Web Matriks Monolith, Techbound Innovations, Bluesteak, The Viral Mafia or having digital sales experience will be preferred.
Remuneration : 3.00 LPA to 5 LPA (Having sound experience in Media Sales & Marketing)

Hiring for the position of City Head/ Sales Head / State Head for offices (Bangalore, Delhi, Chennai and Mumbai) on Urgent basis #
• Directly responsible for the performance and growth of 6 Senior Manager-level, 50+ Manager-level, and 300+ Associates-level sales executives.
• Lead a team of Senior Business Development Managers, Business Development Managers, and Associates across multiple regions to achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Continuously monitor and train the teams to improve performance and conversions.
• Reports directly to the founders.
• Establishing the effectiveness and uniqueness of CCBP 4.0 Programs by implementing lead engagement sessions specific to each region.
• Taking responsibility for ensuring the entire sales closing life cycle for your assigned regions.
• Defining an effective sales funnel, monitoring the funnel movement, and tracking.
• Sales closing and post-sales relationship management fall under this category.
• Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions with the leads and providing constant feedback on the quality of the leads to the respective team.
• Carrying weekly revenue and enrollment targets.
• Analyzing and sharing active feedback about customer behavior, market demands, and competition with the marketing team.
• Handle escalations and improve customer experience.
• Make propositions, give suggestions, and designate sales targets and job obligations to each team member.
• Give prompt responses on crucial issues and suggest solutions.
Requirements
• Proven experience of 6 Plus years in managing and heading sales teams.
• An individual with excellent communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal abilities, and presentation skills.
• Apart from good English proficiency, individuals with any of the following as Telegu, English, Hindi.
• Highly Dedicated Individuals who are hardworking and with extreme determination.
• Sales Experience with the Digital Advertising domain is an additional advantage.
• People with a strong sense of empathy and great patience.
• People with a systematic approach to building sales funnels, tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks, and consistently exceeding targets within the deadlines.
• A sales mindset, to effectively communicate Channel Partners, Existing Clients, Customers, upcoming offerings to its prospective learners and achieve revenue targets meet to our company needs.
