Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging communication between our sales team and clients, ensuring that both parties are aligned and satisfied with our services. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage various sales activities effectively.
Responsibilities
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the sales team, facilitating clear communication and understanding of client needs.
• Manage territory sales efforts, ensuring that all client accounts are nurtured and developed.
• Engage in inside sales activities, including cold calling potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Communicate additional services to existing clients, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the outside sales team to strategize on territory management and maximize sales potential.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Build and grow relationships with Prospects/Clients.
• Sales Liaison will prioritize regular in-person visits to maintain visibility and strengthen relationships with clients and potential business partners. Building rapport through face-to-face interactions is essential to fostering trust, demonstrating commitment, and ensuring accessibility for clients
Experience
• Proven experience in direct sales or inside sales roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with territory management techniques and strategies is a plus.
• Strong background in customer service/Healthcare with the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
• Experience in upselling products or services is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for building relationships.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
