We are 40 year old boutique Real Estate Transaction advisory company. Our Endeavour has been to simplify things for effective decision making in real estate transactions and portfolio building. To provide strategic, specialised and innovative solutions to create wealth on sustained basis for high net worth families in and outside of India. We have the systems, tools and plans to convert Leads to paying customers, we just need a star-performer to help us execute things. Accordingly, we're looking for someone who really enjoys talking & connecting with people, is a problem-solver besides being a team player. You’ll start off understanding our existing product & services in Real estate market and then develop a niche for yourself. Please note: since you'll be working on building and developing relationships with multiple clients, you must have excellent follow up and English skills (verbal and written)
Here are a few more tasks you'll be working on...
• Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
• Determining clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
• Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
• Managing necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc.)
• Maintain updated listings of available properties
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
