We also offer Cemented carbides metal cutting tools manufactured by Kennametal India Ltd. Our products are widely used in industries such as Automotive, Mining, Marine engineering, Mechanical, and Engineering. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Jyoti Trading Corporation. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, providing market feedback to the management team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. Qualifications • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Abrasives or Cutting Tools industry • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders • Knowledge of market trends and competition • Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field • Knowledge of the Abrasives and Cutting Tools industry is a plus • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
