About the role:

You will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of New Business Consultants and Account Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and sustainable revenue growth for the Builderscrack business.

This role is accountable for effective resource planning, performance management, and commercial decision-making, ensuring the team prioritises the right customers, delivers value-led conversations, and achieves strong new business, growth, and retention revenue outcomes. You play a critical role in balancing customer needs with business objectives, driving long-term account success while protecting the health of the Builderscrack marketplace.

You know you are successful when you and your team are converting a high volume of customers, meeting and exceeding targets and KPIs, and you are able to use your expertise on Builderscrackʼs offerings to leverage higher sales conversion rates and revenue.


You will be responsible for

Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly and monthly KPIʼs and sales targets across all key sales channels:

Inbound new business

Trials / Outbound new business (pilot program)

Growth

Customer retention

Maintaining high levels of outbound / inbound phone calls across the whole team.

Ensuring your team is high performing, culturally aligned, and building their skills with regular coaching and training.

Developing and maintaining accurate product knowledge, sales scripts and training materials for the sales team.

Ensuring there is effective note taking on all client interactions and input into the CRM system.

Working closely with Operations on sales related activities such as the CRM and process optimisation.

Managing, generating or providing guidance on appropriate outbound messaging and campaigns (via SMS or email) to support sales conversions.


How you will add value

Jumping on the phones when needed. You'll roll your sleeves up to drive a result, take escalation calls and manage key accounts. In all customer interactions you will effectively explain the key benefits of Builderscrack and handle customer objections and escalations effectively.

Managing an accurate revenue forecast model and contributing to the business revenue planning processes.

Actively engage and contribute to Buildercrack Leadership and hipages Sales Leadership team meetings.

Liaising with relevant internal departments to ensure that customer needs are met and new Builderscrack products and features are effectively brought to market.


About you:

2+ years team leadership experience.

Experience in a phone-based sales environment, making a high volume of outbound calls.

Experience holding responsibility for achievement of sales targets and related KPI's.

Preferred experience working with Tradies.
