About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to lead our security sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CCTV and Access Control security, as well as a network of reputable Security Consultants and System Integrators.
Key Responsibilities:
• To achieve sales targets for our security solutions, including new product sales and service sales.
• To ensure that our products are specified by Security Consultants, Faade Consultants, and Architects in major projects.
• To negotiate contracts with clients and ensure timely payment according to agreed terms.
• To utilize CRM software to manage business continuity, marketing activities, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analysis.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have:
• Experience in CCTV and Access Control security domain.
• A strong connection with reputable Security Consultants and System Integrators.
• Commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
