Job Description-
• Identifying client’s requirements and analyzing customer's requirements and guiding them about the property, as per their requirement.
• Interfacing with clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business.
• Making appointments and showing buyers around a property.
• Finding buyers in a position to proceed with the purchase and willing to pay an acceptable price. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Achieving sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing business from existing clients.
• Adhering to processes and quality standards.
• Arranging site visits take appointments with clients to achieve their monthly target.
Key Skills-
• Real Estate Experience highly required.
• Excellent spoken communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Excellence in sales and marketing with a positive attitude and team playing ability.
• Good experience in Sales.
• Dynamic, aggressive, result-oriented, and self-starter
