Position: Sales Manager
Location: Indore
CTC: 4 to 6.5 LPA+ Incentives+ Bonus
Job Roles and Duties:
• Training and coaching financial advisors
• Assessing the team members' performance
• Visit the assigned location as and when required
• Understanding the needs and requirements of customers in the assigned region
• Presenting to the customer about the product and services offered by the organization
• Meeting the company's expectations
• Taking feedback from the customers on a timely basis.
• Maintaining a healthy relationship with the customers
Who Can Apply?
• Bachelor's degree in any stream
• Work Experience: 3+ Years in Sales and Marketing
• Age: 24 to 40 Years
• Present excellent sales skills
• Strong organization and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Powerful negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required
