Job Description
• Own the instructors/SME/TA funnel for Skill Academy. Source right candidates based on various program requirements.
• Build short & long term relationships with instructors/guest speakers.
• Manage end to end accounts of instructors/SME/TA.
Work on new initiatives to improve the overall quality of sourcing & create a pool of high quality instructors/SME/TA.
• Desired Qualifications:
• Self-starter, hustler.
• High Ownership mindset.
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
• Program/Project experience is a plus
