Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager position in Jaipur.
The Sales Manager for Luxury Real Estate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the luxury real estate market.
The role involves negotiating contracts, leading a high-performing sales team, analyzing market trends, and ensuring regular communication with potential and existing clients to drive revenue growth.
The candidate will also monitor competitors, manage marketing campaigns, and collaborate across teams to optimize sales performance.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management within the real estate or luxury property sector
Experience in Market Analysis, Negotiation, and Contract Management
Strong Interpersonal, Communication, and Customer Relationship Management skills
Team Leadership and Ability to Demonstrate Initiative and Problem-Solving Capabilities
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently
Knowledge of the Jaipur real estate market is highly advantageous
