Job Description
_ Generate & Develop leads- Ability to find new and newer customers for the products
handled.
_ Prospecting & generating business from new customers.
_ Responsible for complete sales cycle from inquiry generation to order booking.
_ Nurturing, building & maintaining relationship with major customers.
_ Create rapport and manage expectations of the client and have continuous relationship.
_ Reporting of Sales Activities & to provide update of the sales funnel regularly- reviewed
weekly.
_ Make presentations; attend techno-commercial discussions & negotiations.
_ Achieve Sales goals on Monthly/Quarterly /Yearly basis.
_ Perform competitor analysis and keep HO updated about competitor activity in the region.
_ Assist Collection of Payment and Statutory Documents.
_ Contract Agreement, Inspections, Dispatches, Bill Passing.
_ Price Variation and Penalties Settlement, Payment Recovery, Bank Guarantee.

7- Required Candidate profile:-
_ Ability to travel extensively in Local and assigned temerity to support internal & External
Customers.
_ Ability to Multi-task, with effective time management for meeting deadlines.
_ Should have effective business oral & written communication skills
_ Minimum of 6-10 years proven experience Sales & Marketing Experience in Transformer
Manufacturing Industry only require.
_ Ability to call confidently on the highest-level decision makers in an organization for each
represented area; for example, Project Managers, VP Purchase, Head Electrical etc
_ Self-motivated individual who exhibits a sense of urgency in all sales- and service-related
activities
_ Should be able to convince customers and have attitude to cross all hurdles
_ Should have a go better approach Exceptional communication, presentation, follow-up,
negotiation, and closing skills.

Salary: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Mirzapur-cum-Vindhyachal, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
