As a Senior Sales Manager / Sales Manager, your role involves leading commercial real estate sales initiatives in Goa. You will be responsible for managing the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation and client engagement to negotiation, documentation, and successful closure, while upholding professionalism and ethical conduct.
• *Key Responsibilities:**
- Drive sales and revenue generation for commercial real estate projects.
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through various channels.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
- Manage sales-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth completion of closing formalities.
- Maintain clear records of client interactions, negotiations, and pipeline status.

- Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in commercial real estate sales.
• *Skills & Competencies:**
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Expertise in negotiation, objection handling, and deal closure.

- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting.
- Experience with CRM systems and structured sales processes.
- Understanding of commercial property documentation and sales compliance.
